கடல் போல் வலிமை கொண்ட பிரமன் திருமால் இருவரும்
நெடுங்காலம் ஒளி வடிவாக இருக்கின்ற ஆதி இறைவனை வழிபட
திருமாலுக்கு சக்ராயுதமும்
பிரம்மனுக்கு வாளும் கொடுத்து அருளினான்.
Translation
।। Thirumoolar Thirumandhiram - Irandaam Thandhiram - 3. Legend of Lingam - Song 3 ( Song 349 in Thirumandhiram ) - Meaning ।।
" Lord Brahma and Narayana who possess immense strength like the mighty ocean "
" prayed the Primordial Supreme Divine power Lord Shiva in the form of light,for a very long time "
" and as a result of that penance He bestowed Chakram weapon to Lord Narayana "
" and a Sword to Lord Brahma and grace them."

" அசையா சக்தியாகிய நற்சக்தியுடன் சேருவதற்காக முதல் சக்கரம் மூலாதாரத்தில் இருந்து கிளம்பும் அசையும் சக்தியான குண்டலினி கடல் போல் வலிமை கொண்ட இரண்டாவது சக்கரமாகிய பிரம்மன் வீற்றீருக்கும் சுவாதிஷ்டானம், மூன்றாவது சக்கரமாகிய திருமால் வீற்றிருக்கும் மணிப்பூரகத்தை உணர்ந்தும் அசையா சக்தியாகிய நற்சக்தியுடன் சேர்ந்து தனக்குள் லிங்க உருவத்தை உணர்ந்தும் தத்துவத்தை உணர்ந்தும் நெடுங்காலம் ஒளி வடிவாய் இருக்கும் ஆதி இறைவனை வழிபட்டால் திருமால் செய்யும் காக்கும் வேலையையும் பிரம்மன் செய்யும் படைக்கும் வேலையையும் இறைவன் கொடுத்து அருளுவான். "

" In order to unite with the static and permanent good divine energy residing in Sahasraara Chakram, the life energy Kundalini in Moolaadhaara chakra rises upwards uniting and realizing Lord Brahma residing in the second energy Chakra - Swaadhishtaana Chakra and Lord Vishnu in the third energy chakra - Manipooraka Chakra and then unites with the divine energy in Sahasraaram Chakra which is the supreme divine light within us always, after internally witnessing the Linga form and the Linga philosophy and after praying Lord Shiva who is the Supreme and Primordial divine form, God bestows on such a devotee the power of protecting others( which is duty of Lord Narayana) and the power of creation (which is the duty of Lord Brahma). "
