यज्ञ इज्यो महेज्यश्च क्रतुस्सत्रं सतान्ग्गतिः ।
सर्वदर्शी निव्रुत्तात्मा सर्वज्ञो ज्ञानमुत्तमं ।। ४७ ।।

Transliteration - English


Yajna ijyo mahejyashcha krathussathram sathaanggathihi।
Sarvadarshee nivruththaathmaa sarvajno jnaanamuththamam ।। 48 ।।

Transliteration - Tamil


யக்ஞ​ இஜ்யோ மஹேஜ்யஷ்ச​ க்ருதுஸ்ஸத்ரம் ஸதாங்கதிஹி​ ।
ஸர்வதர்ஷீ நிவ்ருத்தாத்மா ஸர்வஜ்யோ ஜ்நாநமுத்தமம்​​​ ।। ௪௮ ।

Translation


445. Yajna :

One who is all-knowing.

446. Ijyo:

One who is fit to be worshipped in sacrifices.

447. Mahejyashcha :

He who, of all deities worshipped, is alone capable of giving the blessing of liberation.

448. Krathuh:

A Yajna in which there is a sacrificial post , is Krathu

449. Sathram:

One who is of the nature of ordained Dharma.

450. Sathaanggathihi:

One who is the sole support for holy men who are seekers of Moksha.

451. Sarvadarshee:

One who by His inborn insight is able to see all good and evil actions of living beings.

452. Nivruththaathmaa :

One who is naturally free.

453. Sarvajno:

One who is all and also the knower of all.

454. Jnaanamuththamam:

That consciousness which is superior to all, birthless, unlimited by time and space and the cause of all achievements.
